As mentioned in our last announcement, a lot of members were moved to a new biller on March 28th.

These moved members showed up as $0 joins for affiliates, causing confusion. The NATS team has solved this issue, the stats will look normal now.

Please note that there was also a small second batch of member biller-change on March 29-30th. Those will not appear as joins now either.

Yesterday, March 28th, active members under one of our billers were moved to a new biller, with the help of the NATS team.

If you had active members between 2 rebills, they will show up as $0 joins in the March 28th stats.

These are not real joins of course, and we are investigating if it's possible for these biller-change members not to show up as $0 joins, to avoid confusion from affiliates!

Of course the biller-change doesn't have any negative effects, you'll get the revenue share for the new rebills of such members, as always.
